Charley Smith Sr. taught his sons, James Smith Sr. and Charley Smith Jr., the HVAC trade when they were kids. James Sr. carried that torch forward, teaching his own children—including James Smith Jr., the founder of SolarBear—along with brothers, extended family, and countless others. I found James by chance when our ac suddenly stopped. I was trying to find anyone that could come out but on a Friday after 5pm that is easier said than done. We were more than pleased when James told us he would be glad to come to our house no matter the time. He come out around 9:30pm (he was tied up in Forsyth when we called) and got us going in no time hardly. On top of that he charged us a fee that blew us away because it was such a good price. To say we are well pleased is an understatement. We will be bugging this great company every time we need something now. Oh, and before I forget, James is super nice, down to Earth, humble and loves the LORD! That is the cherry on top. 5 stars all day ..... 10 if possible.
