I found James by chance when our ac suddenly stopped. I was trying to find anyone that could come out but on a Friday after 5pm that is easier said than done. We were more than pleased when James told us he would be glad to come to our house no matter the time. He come out around 9:30pm (he was tied up in Forsyth when we called) and got us going in no time hardly. On top of that he charged us a fee that blew us away because it was such a good price. To say we are well pleased is an understatement. We will be bugging this great company every time we need something now. Oh, and before I forget, James is super nice, down to Earth, humble and loves the LORD! That is the cherry on top. 5 stars all day ..... 10 if possible. SolarBear was recommended by a friend after a larger company diagnosed us with an expensive repair. He came after hours and spent 2 hours diagnosing the source of the issue. It was a simple capacitor and he could have left in 30 minutes. However he took the time to assess the ductwork and returns to help prevent the issue from happening again. Definitely has a new customer in us and recommendations to all our friends as well.
